Most of my therapeutic, bodywork, and coaching experiences were integrated while living and working in nature-based programs on Hawaii Island, one of the world's most biologically diverse regions. While learning and growing there, I met my now-husband and our rescue kitty, Jaws. We have since relocated to the Driftless region in the Midwest to be more involved in our family's forest and prairie restoration projects.
Connecting and communing with nature has been and continues to be a significant organizing support in my life. I hope that over the course of working together, you too will experience deeper insight and embodiment of the organizing supports awaiting integration within your unique physiology.
